Bosch Global Software Technologies Vietnam (BGSW) is a 100% owned subsidiary of Robert Bosch GmbH - one of the world’s leading supplier of technology and services. Founded in 2010 at Ho Chi Minh City, BGSW Vietnam is the first software development center of Bosch in the South East Asia. BGSW Vietnam provides solutions for businesses in areas:

My role as a Product Designer

Designed applications and tools for customers (developers, DevOps, managers, etc.) from different locations, including Bosch Germany, Bosch India, and Bosch Vietnam, at the EET department in Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam.

In addition, I have designed products for major European automotive brands through Bosch Germany. Notable among these brands that utilize the applications I designed are Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Land Rover, Bentley, Peugeot, Volvo, Volkswagen, Porsche, and BMW

My impact

  • Improved User Experience: Collaborated with stakeholders to conduct in-depth user research, identifying pain points and proposing design solutions that enhanced the overall user experience. My clients including prestigious automotive brands such as Porsche, BMW, Audi, Bentley, and many more.

  • Successful Project Delivery: Played a key role in project management, ensuring projects were completed on time and within budget while consistently meeting quality standards. Collaborating with cross-functional partners throughout all stages, from research and design to execution.

  • Provided support and shared knowledge on product design with teams ranging from developers to marketing, leading to improvements in both departmental services and products.

My Learning

Led, managed, and effectively communicated with the team, presenting designs and ideas in a manner that ensured clear understanding by clients and elicited feedback regarding customer-requested considerations.

Managing multiple projects by setting priorities. I strategically organized tasks according to project timelines, user preferences, and business requirements.

Being confident, helpful, and creative, I don't shy away from seeking insights and feedback. I actively engage with cross-functional partners both within and outside my team.
